A lot like Bejeweled, only with adenines, guanines, cytosines, thymines, and uracils, in a specific order that can only go across. While, the game is challenging in a classic puzzle format, it does little in terms of education, telling you what codons to find per level, and nothing more. Would instead like to see a game that uses a different format to teach about DNA/RNA components, maybe a format similar to Minecraft or Planet Explorers' Creative Mode, where you can build DNA/RNA using nucleotides, phosphate groups, etc., to create your own exons, and maybe influence the morphology/behavior of an organism (doesn't have to be complex; maybe just a single-celled organism).
